Returns Policy

It doesn't happen very often but we do have some simple guidelines for that.

Product Return: Products returned for any reason other than defect, will be fully refunded within 30 days. Defective products will be accepted for return within 7 days of ownership upon prior notification only. In the spirit of fair business, we don't refund Shipping Fees. Upon notification, you will be given a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) Number. This RMA number must accompany all returns. Any unauthorized return will be refused. Please specify reason for return and if you want the item replaced or refunded.  All returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. These fees cover our depreciation of the item and the time to process the return (no exception). Buyer is responsible for all postage and shipping charges back to us.

We do not accept COD returns and shipping/handling costs are not refundable. All products must be unused, or items are not returnable. Electrical components and special order parts are not returnable. All items need to arrive here within 7 days of the RMA issuance, otherwise the return is void. Please properly pack and insure return merchandise. Include a note and a copy of your invoice so we can properly issue credit for the returned item.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped from Tonka Jeep Limited.  All components, cables, manuals, and packaging must be included and in their original condition. Returned merchandise should be well packed. Items with missing parts or any kind of damage will not be accepted. Condition will be assessed at the discretion of Tonka Jeep Limited.

Shipping: Include a copy of your invoice, customer name, address, phone number, and a brief description of why the item is being returned in the box. Use the most convenient means of shipping. Insurance is recommended.

Other Terms and Conditions: Once your return has been processed we will send you an email notification. Understanding and adhering to the following terms and conditions will ensure that the return process is completed in a timely and amicable manner. Please contact us before sending the item back to get a Return Authorization Number or R/A #. The shipping department receives many packages daily and items that are sent back without an R/A # will be refused. All return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Refund may take up to 30 days from when the item is returned.
